Use of rebar cutting machine

Preparation before use

1.Rotate by hand to check whether the gear meshing is normal.

2.Check to ensure the blade is firmly installed, the horizontal gap between two blades is 0.2mm-0.5mm.

3.Check to ensure the bolts every parts is fastened.

4.Check to ensure the electrical equipment is intact, good insulation, and install earth leakage protection devices, grounding wire is grounded

5.Each rotating parts of machine must be fully lubricated.

6.Do no-load test, if occur abnormal phenomenon, should stop promptly to inspect.

Precaution during use

1.Steel must be placed in the lower part of blade to cut off, the upper part of the blade should not be used unless necessary, in order to avoid the fatigue of rear body.

2.When the machine is working, the blade must be in good condition, and pay attention to the blade whether it is loose, should replace if blade edge is broken.

3.If occur problem when machine is working, should stop immediately to inspect and repair.

4.When the machine is rotating, prohibit any repair and adjustment.

5.After the cover is installed, the machine can be operated, in order to avoid accidents.

6.Should pedal clutch in place, if not pedal in place frequently will shorten the life of clutch.
